Our Founder - Abhinav Kardekar

Mr. Abhinav Kardekar started his practice at Chhattisgarh High Court in 2009 under a Senior Counsel and launched law firm Corporate Legal in 2011 with another partner. The firm's vision was to offer professional services of the highest quality to companies and businesses operating in the State. In the year 2015, Mr. Kardekar went solo and renamed the practice on his name with a specific focus on energy, infrastructure and commercial laws. Over the years, Mr. Kardekar has represented and advised on a wide range of issues ranging from power tariff disputes, mining laws and disputes of commercial significance. He has also been involved in arbitrations covering a wide spectrum of issues from shareholder disputes, liquidated damages and related issues in the field of infrastructure and construction laws. He regularly represents clients in multiple fora including various high courts and in tribunals across the country. His firm is also retained in advisory roles by many companies of Central India active in the Steel and Power space. Over the years, the firm has grown in numbers attracting top legal talent and has become a trusted name for representing clients in commercial disputes in Central India.
